Our other office is located in Northern California (Redwood City). We are looking for top talent anywhere in the U.S.A, with a preference for the Denver, CO location. Roles & Responsibilities: BioIntellisense is building out our project management team. The goal of the Senior Project Manager is to help streamline the execution and reduce variance in schedules and resources through best practices in planning, execution, and risk mitigation. We are looking specifically for:

Expertise in: Agile project management methodologies for cloud and app development. Experience in at least 2 of the following areas: API and cloud service projects, mobile (iOS/Android) app development, firmware development. Working closely with the head of Project Managment to drive a consistent set of best practices for each technical area. Programs under your management may fall into internal R&D or external customer integrations. Help drive a PM culture that thrives on integrating quality, consistency, and design methodologies across the organization. Work with internal and external stakeholders to validate product scope, schedule, and resources align with expectations. Facilitate communication across internal teams, vendors, and customers. Develop project plans that can adapt to changing priorities and expectations. Manage multiple complex projects in parallel. Actively mitigate risks, escalate issues, and propose solutions to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables. Track and report key metrics that are leading and trailing indicators of execution efficiently and quality.

6+ years of Project or Program Management experience in software. Undergraduate degree in technical/engineering field. Expertise in scrum, Kanban, waterfall, and other PM methodologies. Expertise in creating project plans with milestones and deliverables. Experience in managing multiple, complex projects in parallel. Willingness to interface with groups in other time zones outside of normal work hours.


Expertise in JIRA. Experience in creating new or optimizing existing processes. Experience in working with customer and external stakeholders. MS/MBA degree or PMP certification. Background in software programming.
