Responsibilities

• Develop a robust sales process, from goal-setting to post-sales activities, that can be adopted by the entire sales team. • Responsibilities will include pitching new clients, engaging with older clients that may have churned, helping clients post jobs, making recommendations to clients about specific models, photographers, stylists and hair and makeup artists they should hire, etc. • Set sales goals and help ensure financial budget and projections are met • Interact with clients at all levels across the fashion industry - small brands as well as large enterprise clients • Manage and mentor a highly qualified sales team • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced, qualified opportunities and closed business

• Clear evidence of success in hitting revenue targets • Experience setting up and using customer relationship manager (CRM) tools such as salesforce or ActiveCampaign • Experience problem-solving and managing a team • Ability to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortability working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Consistently high energy and a positive attitude
