Position Description: The Relationship Manager serves as a liaison between Freedom Mortgage and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. They set a clear vision for the development of the relationship. This individual is responsible for managing client relationships, developing account plans, and delivering proposals. This position must work with the Company’s internal lines of business to ensure highest quality performance on the managed portfolio. Responsible for independent decisions around service quality.
Must have Mortgage Servicing experience Maintain tracking of private security/agency requests and their status. Requests include but are not limited to, directives, policy changes, audit requests, and requests for data. Coordinate formal engagements such as site visits, audits, and performance reviews. Cooperation with Private Security/Agency Portfolio Managers and review teams. Coordinate with servicing and private security/agency for any review finding to determine root cause and develop remediation plans that will implement detective and preventative processes. Maintain complete and accurate presentation decks and reports. Provide assistance to servicing units to research specific private security/agency requirements as needed.
