Pixel is looking for a Regional Sales Director to join our Sales and Marketing Team in Portsmouth, NH! The Sales and Marketing Team is focused on expanding our business while also maintaining strong relationships with each of our clients. As a Regional Sales Director, your primary objective is to add new clients to our current portfolio of lifestyle brands (fashion, footwear, sporting goods, apparel, luxury, specialty food) through the consultative selling of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) services. These services can include implementations, discrete projects and ongoing managed services.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strategic thinking, analysis, and insights to achieve sales goals • Advise lifestyles brands on Pixel services • Deliver strong influence/selling skills across the entire sales cycle • Lead opportunity analysis, account discovery, proposal presentation and statement of work (SOW) negotiation • Create, deliver, and lead face-to-face (or remote) sales presentations to cross-functional C-level executives, including regular interaction with the CEO and senior leadership • Overcome obstacles through collaborating with multiple cross-functional internal teams to define and implement effective statement of work (SOW) proposals. • Actively generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, customer referrals, and partner relationships. • Serve as a subject matter expert on SFCC services for prospective clients • Maintain and build customer relationships to drive customer referrals • Work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations • Offer recommendations to sales leadership on new business prospects through the review of sales records and activity reports • Develop sales pipeline by cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations in the retail • Accurately forecast quarterly bookings

Additional requirements (other than skills)

• Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies • Strong leadership capabilities; can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment • Ability to take strategic concepts and turn into actionable plans • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Successful resource allocation, timeline and project management experience • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM • Willingness to travel as needed • SFCC experience (preferred)
