Responsibilities

• Conducting video consultations with clients with mental health-related symptoms • Follow-up with clients to ensure progress in their care path with Dialogue • Participate in clinical meetings with Dialogue health professionals (nurses, physicians, psychologists, social workers) • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the mental health program’s clinical protocols and standards of practice adapted to virtual consultations.

Additional requirements (other than skills)

• Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken • Available part-time (15 hours per week or more) • Hold a valid and active permit to practice psychotherapy in Quebec or another Canadian province • Hold the appropriate malpractice insurance • 3-6 years of experience as a psychotherapist • The desire to work in an environment that encourages autonomy, professionalism and versatility • Experience or strong openness towards telemedicine • A patient-focused approach and an affinity for short term therapy • Motivated by a work environment focused on excellence • Attracted by an innovative environment, as well as an ease with computer tools.
