About the Role CrowdStrike is looking for a motivated and capable Web Project Manager to join a well-respected web marketing team. The Web Project Manager will ensure the web team is well-structured. Operates and delivers in a timely manner, ensuring all business and stakeholder requirements and needs are met with the highest level of quality and proficiency. Primarily the focus will be on web projects with ownership of the end to end process to deliver creative content with the right tool. In this capacity the right candidate will act as the facilitator for all web projects. The successful candidate will, on occasion, produce content and code updates in WordPress. This is a very exciting time for CrowdStrike as we enter new markets. This key role has remarkable potential for both the company and the successful candidate. This role is open to candidates that are based near Arlington, VA and the surrounding areas. We are also open to Remote US employees at this time. Additional Responsibilities:

Act as the lead point of contact on web design and development projects Lead the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring product success and technical feasibility Organize, develop, monitor and maintain detailed project plans Provide project oversight and input throughout every project to ensure deliverables align with overall project and company goals Monitor project development status and modify plans, scope, schedule to mitigate risk to ensure successful delivery of projects Own the web team’s asana board, prioritize and assign new tickets, and ensure that SOPs are followed Analyze web data to learn how users interact with our site and make recommendations for performance improvements Collaborate cross functionally in a matrixed organization with back-end developers, web designers, other creative content creators, etc. to improve usability, page development and overall process improvements Ensure web sites employ high quality graphic standards and exhibit brand consistency

What You’ll Need

5+ years of software Project Management experience Excellent management skills to coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders within the company with the goal of creating visibility, harmony, and accountability across the team. Flexibility is key! We’re looking for someone that can be a technical project manager, Agile coach to their team(s), ability to work with QA and technical teams, and is able to adapt to changes in teams and projects as corporate needs require. Asana, G-Suite and WordPress expertise. Comfortability with Google Analytics Experience in the fast-paced tech industry is a plus. Meticulous, highly organized, and strong task/project management skills Exceptional attention to detail Intermediate knowledge of HTML An individual who can operate well and keep calm under pressure, when up against tight deadlines, and under the demands of a busy office environment, The right candidate will process the following characteristics: be web savvy, strong project management skills, be able to plan, strong verbal and written communication skills, be process driven, analyze information, strong reporting skills, have perspective and be a problem solver.
