Job Description The Onboarding Project Manager is responsible for managing Firegang’s client intake process, gathering client deliverables and fostering positive client sentiment through the initial phase of their relationship with Firegang – the onboarding and website development project cycle. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the US. Tasks and Responsibilities Onboarding Client Management:
Responsible for end-to-end onboarding of all clients – conduct all client communications in a professional and timely manner to keep project on schedule and make sure clients are up-to-date on the status of their project. Detailed client research and documentation of client specifics in CRM, including competitor analysis. Facilitate sales handoff and maintain communication with salesperson regarding client-specific details. Conduct final, in-depth review of the website prior to release to client to ensure their requests have been accommodated.
Internal Onboarding and Project Support:
Monitor and identify recurring client issues and communicate regularly with Sales and CSM teams to make sure client expectations are clear from the start. Set up client accounts in all internal systems. Ownership of client project in Teamwork Projects (PM System) Monitor project timelines and assign tasking deadlines to keep on schedule. Monitor and support with timely communication internally throughout the Onboarding process. Keep OB documentation/manuals and project tasking up to date with process changes. Identify overall onboarding process improvements and implement them Other duties and projects as assigned.
Training and Skills Development
Self-led personal development and role growth. Training as assigned. Research and development in order to facilitate transition of project management software to a different system within the next year.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a client management or project management role, ideally in the online marketing sector Extremely organized Voracious about follow-up Independent thinker who demonstrates initiative and provides a unique approach to challenges Takes ownership of projects, processes and client satisfaction Experienced with a remote environment and works well both independently and with a team Enjoys a fast paced, progressive work environment Able to handle multiple priorities and work under deadlines Natural researcher Adaptable to change Open to collaboration and feedback Bonus Points for:
