About the role The Manager, Brand Project Management will lead a large team of creative project managers in brand and community. Your team is responsible for guiding, driving and delivering large- and small-scale projects from brief in, through delivery. Reporting directly to the Director, Brand Project Management & Operations, you work in partnership with assigned Brand, Digital, Product and Community partners to deliver diverse projects, global marketing and brand campaigns. You have experience working on global brands and managing teams of both direct reports and creative / cross functional partners. You are flawless at managing workflows through the lifecycle of various types of projects. You are an active and lively individual who is self-motivated and an expert working through operational efficiencies, creative and managing a high functioning team of project managers. You are unflappable and enjoy the challenge of managing cross functionally with multiple layers of stakeholders. You’re a big picture thinker, with meticulous attention to detail. You understand an integrated media plan and how to deliver into it. You are able to manage and mentor your team to maintain a track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish on time and within budget. What you’ll do

Partner with the Strategic Brand Operations team members to understand their roadmaps and when project briefs are going to be coming into brand creative Own creative project management across the following bodies of work that come into brand: campaigns, product collaborations, product marketing Support in identifying internal and external partners required to deliver on a multitude of projects Own and manage budget and timelines on projects you are leading Manage and develop 5 – 7 direct reports with varying levels of experience Oversee large scale, global initiatives from planning to production to delivery – sometimes you will own bodies of work, other times you are overseeing your team You will also oversee all of your team’s smaller scale projects and ‘always on work’ to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and scalability Partner with SVP of Creative & Creative Directors to align on upcoming project briefs and ensure campaigns deliver against briefs Works closely with the Digital teams (specifically Digital Strategic Ops) to understand what your team of PMs needs to deliver into Work with your Director to maintain and improve processes across teams, plan budgets annually / quarterly and have a high-level view of all project needs for the year Partner with Brand Management, Brand Strategy & Digital Marketing leaders to look upstream for projects & campaigns (vision, briefs, objectives, execution planning) Ensure your team is accurately estimating time, tracking and reconciling project and campaign budgets Manage & distribute large and small campaign budgets regionally and globally

Experience working with multi-disciplinary marketing, creative teams, and diverse business stakeholders Experience working with Smartsheet and other project management tools Motivated team player who thrives on collaboration
