Imaging Technology Analyst

(Captiva/FileNet) Raleigh, North Carolina Remote (US) POSITION TITLE Imaging Technology Analyst (Captiva/FileNet) LOCATION Raleigh, NC Remote (US)

YOUR ROLE This position reports to the Captiva Product Manager. As an individual contributor, the Imaging Technology Analyst will be the Operations Subject Matter Expert on Captiva (our automated document classification and data extraction tool) and other imaging systems and will be the liaison among Central Imaging, IT, and testing teams. This role will seek opportunities to improve Central Imaging systems functionality and streamline processes. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the liaison between Central Imaging, IT, and testing teams Work with other team members to trouble-shoot issues in imaging systems and manage resolution of these issues Generate creative technological solutions for processes that affect imaging systems to increase productivity and decrease user and system errors Analyze/research business, risk, and compliance processes and requirements to support requirements definition and testing efforts Provide subject matter expertise during elaboration/requirements sessions Review, edit, and approve business requirements/artifacts for imaging systems Collaborate with other team members, Business Analysts and Relationship Managers to develop testing plans Define business testing scenarios and gather test data to robustly test system functionality Serve as primary UAT tester to support technology changes/enhancements involving imaging systems Ensure all test plans are executed and review testing results Identify need for SOPs and workarounds prior to releasing new functionality based on testing results Participate in any role of Captiva Technology Team to support project success within the timelines defined


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Ability to work 8:00AM-5:00PM eastern time zone, with extended work hours as needed Underwriting data and document recognition Experience in reading, comprehending, and executing test cases Strong technical aptitude and analytical/critical thinking skills Ability to triage and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently Maintain high level of customer service for internal and external customers Actively participate in ongoing efforts to continually improve customer service for internal and external customers Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment with different functions and with varying timelines Ability to work collaboratively and the ability to work independently Superior written and verbal communication skills


Operational and/or technical knowledge of Captiva and FileNet Experience writing test plans and test cases Understanding of Agile methodology and ability to utilize Agile to complete testing and projects
