In order to revolutionize the animation production industry, our production and distribution processes must be continuously challenged by developing new features to facilitate daily operations in a very wide range of use cases. Our product covers a wide scope of features such as: • A module dedicated to hiring freelancers (testing them, evaluating them, contracting with them electronically) • A module dedicated to the payment of freelancers • A project management module (creation of tasks, workflow, assignation of responsibilities, submissions, feedback, validation) allowing to cover the life cycle of the production of a whole episode (scriptwriting, animation, visual effects, sound design, localization etc…) • A module dedicated to content distribution on digital platforms, using internally developed recommendation engines to optimize both our performance and our revenues.
Our product team hires for its Canarian offices at Las Palmas, where we want to relocate our development pole, under the management of our tech lead in Paris. In collaboration with a UX/UI designer, the Front-End Developer’s mission will consist in: • Migrating existing features to the new platform • Developing new features (conception, development, test) • Be accountable for a better user experience and a continuing improvement of process • Contributing to the product’s architecture, Code reviews, stability and quality of the whole product • Collaborating actively with the whole product team
